Return Policy
At JSM Kiddies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy for details on how to return products and receive a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Process for Returns
a. In-Store Returns
You may return eligible items in-store at any JSM Kiddies location. Please bring the item(s) you wish to return along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
b. Online Returns

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective item).
4. Refunds

9. Return Shipping Costs
For online purchases, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. If you're exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
